For 30+ years, our software has helped leading design firms to drive efficiency and growth through our industry-leading digital platform featuring an all-in-one project management system, client collaboration portal, product sourcing, tools, and designer-specific accounting software.
The Role
We are looking for an Implementation Associate to help us give new clients the best possible experience as they set up their Studio Designer accounts. The Implementation Associate will be responsible to ensure that clients’ needs are met by our software and that they understand how to use it for their day-to-day business operations.
What You’ll Do
- Gain understanding of account requirements during an intake call.
- Manage a slate of new account implementations.
- Lead and present comprehensive trainings via Zoom daily with new accounts and customers.
- Document new account training progress and track onboarding tasks through the CRM.
- Collaborate regularly with team, department, and cross-department on initiatives to advance successful platform implementation.
What You’ll Need
- 1-3+ years’ experience working in customer success, customer support, implementations, interior design, or another related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills through email, phone, and Zoom.
- Strong professional presentation skills to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with new clients.
- Proven experience leading client meetings and providing effective internal and external communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong sense of ownership over work and desire to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize competing goals/tasks.
What You’ll Ideally Have
- Experience training internally to colleagues on new systems, processes, or applications.
- Experience within the interior design industry or within a SaaS organization.
- Experience using Interior Design procurement and accounting systems, such as:
- Studio Designer/Webware (strongly preferred)
- Design Manager
- Ivy Mark/ Houzz Pro
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Mydoma
- DesignDocs
Base pay range
$50,000—$60,000 USD
