What your days might look like

Employment Hero’s rocketship growth has led to hundreds of thousands of companies signing up for our services. The Customer Marketing team is responsible for managing the relationship with our loyal users through product updates, loyalty and GTM activity.  Until now, we have focussed our marketing efforts on attracting new customers. Our opportunity is to complement this strategy with an effective upsell, activation and engagement program.

Our technology is revolutionising how businesses interact with their customers, from best-in-market offers for employees through to innovative payment solutions. The Customer Growth Manager (MAT Cover) will maximise adoption and usage of these new products and work in partnership with product marketing to bring exciting new features to market.

Empowering employers with the resources, knowledge and confidence to increase adoption will be critical to the success of this role, supercharging our marketplace flywheel.

As our Customer Growth Manager, you’ll:

    • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing activities and initiatives to include, campaign development, asset creation, campaign execution and reporting
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products or services to existing customers and own the development and execution 
    • Track and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer growth initiatives
    • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimise performance
    • Be a customer champion: Strive to build the best customer experience possible. 
    • Stakeholder Management: Guide, influence and support business leaders; providing a regular cadence of updates

What you will bring

    • The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed and data driven
    • 4+ years in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in SaaS
    • Have a proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns
    • Hands on experience setting up marketing automations and workflows
    • Experience with multivariate testing and be up-to-date with the latest best practices in marketing measurement
    • Proficiency in reporting campaign effectiveness
    • Willingness to take ownership
    • Creative problem solver and critical thinker with meticulous attention to detail
    • Proficient in numerical, written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable explaining ideas, taking briefs, and participating in brainstorming sessions
    • Efficient team player with the ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines
    • Growth mindset, eager to learn and contribute to company OKRs
    • Organised and detail-oriented, strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Data-literate and confident in decision-making using a data-driven approach
