In the Customer Experience Specialist - Tradeshows & Sponsorships position, you’ll drive customer loyalty and elevate brand engagement by managing our corporate and industry tradeshow sponsorships to support lead generation and identify growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do and Impact: 

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to plan and execute tradeshow and sponsorship activities, overseeing pre-show preparations, logistical arrangements, inventory management, and post-event tracking.

  • Identify key stakeholders for each tradeshow, facilitating meetings to ensure alignment and tailored messaging, materials, and strategies for specific audience segments.

  • Coordinate and develop marketing communications to support lead generation and follow-up efforts, maximizing tradeshow and sponsorship impact.

  • Create engaging customer experiences to strengthen brand preference and support core business objectives.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related filed

  • 3+years of experience in marketing preferred

  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 10%
