This position is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work two days remote per week. We have the flexibility of hiring this role in Buffalo-NY, Greer-South Carolina or Scottsdale-AZ.
Your Role:
As a Customer Experience Representative in our dynamic public sector division, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth.
Collaborating closely with our sales teams, vendors, and customers, you will:

Identify customer needs and recommend innovative solutions.

Provide valuable insights and partner with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with customer quoting and ordering processes.

Facilitate training and enablement programs.

Drive end-customer acquisition and pipeline development.

Lead upgrades and cross-sell initiatives using platform data.
To excel in this role, you must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong follow-up skills. Your expertise in the customer and/or solutions category will be instrumental in our collective success
What you bring to the role:

A four-year college degree OR equivalent experience (0-2 years).

Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.

Experience in a sales or solutions role within the technology industry, preferably with a focus on platform products or services is preferred but not required.

Experience in customer service with strong communication skills, especially written.

Strong aptitude for numbers and mathematics.
-
Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Familiarity with computer operations, with a solid grasp of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Outlook.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $47,300.00 - $75,700.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
