Job Description:
The Customer Marketing Experience Specialist - Senior role at Select Health will be responsible for assisting in defining the strategic roadmap that identifies the critical moments for delivering multitouch personalized guidance on digital and live channels throughout the member’s journey. This role oversees the creation of data driven, 1:1 personalized marketing campaigns across the consumer lifecycle, working with subject matter experts, digital product management, consumer research and measurement to optimize end-to-end experiences that drive business objectives.
We are looking for a candidate with health insurance experience, particularly an understanding of Risk Adjustment.
Essential Functions
- Guides key stakeholders in defining and implementing journey-based marketing automation for always-on, 1:1 personalized campaigns via email, SMS, push, print and other digital channels
- Coordinates with copywriters, graphic and UX/UI designers to develop atomically designed creative and copy for campaigns
- Partners with Marketing Technology owners and Automation specialists to ensure accurate and timely implementation of campaigns within the customer engagement platform and other channels (email, direct mail, SMS, outbound / inbound phone calls, websites, etc.) with quality checks and accurate tracking
- Generates ideas, strategies and targeted marketing campaigns, working closely with data science and consumer insights to build segmented audiences that drive specific outcomes and actions
- Utilizes metrics and reporting to test, optimize, and improve performance of communications over time
- Trains and coaches other areas of the business on behavioral change marketing and evangelizes best practices related to communications strategy and deployment

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Email and SMS Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in driving behavior change and creating behavior change marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with using marketing technologies such as automation tools, content management platforms, and digital asset management
- Deep understanding of consumer journeys with an emphasis on creating personalized communications
- Strong project management and analytical skills with experience in data analysis, measurement and reporting
- Ability to influence internal partners to adopt strategies and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Must be technically capable, an excellent communicator, have a desire to improve processes, and proven capabilities to build relationships with organizational stakeholders
Preferred
Health insurance experience, particularly an understanding of Risk Adjustment

- Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$32.77 - $51.61
