This is an opportunity to reach AppsFlyer’s customers at scale. In this role, you will help customers overcome onboarding challenges, communicate best practices, and influence workflow processes to maximize customer success. You will keep customers ahead of the curve by sharing new product releases or content relevant to their businesses. This role will also listen to customer feedback to improve documentation and video tutorials. This position has a significant impact on customers' first impressions as they complete their onboarding and identify the benefits of AppsFlyer.

What you’ll do:
- Provide support to customers on all levels; from onboarding, product adoption, and business aspects (renewals)
- Understand and assess customer needs to identify upsell opportunities
- Consistently grow and maintain revenue across existing clients
- Educate customers with marketing materials and product documentation
- Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant internal teams
- Introduce and train on new features
What you have:
- 2+ years of experience with digital marketing / Saas products / sales development
- Excellent multi-task management, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese
- Business proficiency in written and spoken English
Bonus Points:
- Preferred experience in servicing SaaS products
- Preferred experience with mobile advertising
