Department OverviewThe Worldwide Sales Operations team at Motorola Solutions is dedicated to maximizing the effectiveness of our global sales force. We empower our sellers and sales leaders with the tools and insights they need. As an intern on our team you will gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of sales operations. You will work closely with both the Customer Data Management and Proposal teams, providing you with a unique opportunity to understand the sales cycle, apply analytic skills and contribute to strategic programs.

Job Description

What you'll do:

In this role, you'll work with two groups within Sales Enablement & Effectiveness. First is Customer Data Management where you will play a crucial part in ensuring our data is accurate, complete, and reliable. You will be collaborating with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT to drive data quality, implement tools and processes, and champion data governance best practices. Second, you'll partner with our North American Proposal team to drive activities that enable compelling and repeatable proposals, gaining valuable experience in both our Salesforce CRM, Content Library, data management and proposal development.

• Change Agent: Empower business partners with the knowledge and tools they need to become data masters

Qualifications:

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date during or after December 2025

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• High degree of organization, accuracy, and flexibility

• Flexibility to respond to varied priorities within the deadlines, working both independently and with a team
