Job Description

You are passionate and eager to make a real impact. You'll be more than just an intern; you'll be a key player in shaping how we understand and engage with our customers and sales teams. You'll be at the forefront of our data and sales revolution, diving deep into customer insights and driving impactful change across the organization. What you'll do:

In this role, you'll work with two groups within Sales Enablement & Effectiveness. First is Customer Data Management where you will play a crucial part in ensuring our data is accurate, complete, and reliable. You will be collaborating with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT to drive data quality, implement tools and processes, and champion data governance best practices. Second, you'll partner with our North American Proposal team to drive activities that enable compelling and repeatable proposals, gaining valuable experience in both our Salesforce CRM, Content Library, data management and proposal development.

  • Data Matchmaker: Play a crucial role in merging and integrating data from different sources, ensuring seamless transitions and a unified view of our customers

  • Problem-Solving Ninja: Fearlessly tackle data challenges, taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution with your ninja-like skills

  • Change Agent: Empower business partners with the knowledge and tools they need to become data masters

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date during or after December 2025

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • High degree of organization, accuracy, and flexibility

  • Flexibility to respond to varied priorities within the deadlines, working both independently and with a team
