Customer Collaboration PUBE
(Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia, Ecuador and Duty Free)
Purpose of de Role
- Partnering with commercial team, proactively planification process to improve, sell out forecast accuracy, replenishment, and physical availability every day, everywhere.
- Understand customer core processes and develops programs or solutions to achieve both business results and build customer satisfaction.
- Leverage with both internal/external areas to accomplish Sell Out goals with accurate inventory levels.
- Proactive interventions with multifunctional teams.
- Drive collaborative planning with customers in terms of Sell Out forecast order entry planification process.
- Monitors and measures external and internal indicators to optimally manage stock in trade levels, service excellence and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Commercial team co-leading S&OP process with our distributor’s partners in PUBE (Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia, Ecuador and Duty Free) including Sell Out, Sell In and Stock in trade, with a short, mid and long term visibility
- Partnering with commercial team, proactively planification process to improve, sell out forecast accuracy, replenishment, shipping and invoicing adherence, to have an optimal product availability every day, everywhere.
- Understand each country-channels environment (macroeconomics, commercial dynamics and projections) and customer core processes to develops programs or solutions that enables to achieve both business results and build customer satisfaction. Including efficiencies and optimization across entire value chain (sourcing, sku mapping, lead times, etc)
- Leverage with both internal/external areas to accomplish Sell Out goals with accurate inventory levels and proactive interventions with multifunctional teams.
- Drive collaborative planning with customers in terms of Sell Out forecast order entry planification process, and liaise with Diageo global team to ensure operational excellence (shipments adherence, product allocation, process simplification and long term visibility & planning)
- Monitors and measures external and internal indicators to optimally manage stock in trade, service excellence and sales growth.
Key Functions
- Implement, maintain, and improve customer collaboration agenda. Including:
- Inventory and stock in trade management.
- Sales Forecast Accuracy / BIAS according to Plan targets.
- Operational excellence along entire value chain
- Provide Sales scenario management according, market trends, commercial initiatives, internal and external factors.
- Product and stock availability management and improvement
- Proactively reporting with commercial teams either to maintain or improve Sell Out trends.
- Responsible for Sales Forecast Accuracy within Integrated Business Plan monthly meetings.
- Cost to serve Reduction based on Sell Out analysis, Economic Order Quantity, Order entry frequency modifications, safety stocks modifications according market demand and relevant events.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain roles in CPG companies.
- English and Spanish required.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to solve problems, escalate tactfully, manage time, and prioritize
- Masters excel, power point and other MS Office tools (MS Project)
