The Customer and Enablement Specialist, Operations plays a vital role in designing, delivering, maintaining, and analyzing internal training programs and resources for the Operations team. This position ensures effective onboarding for Payroll team members, develops and updates customer education content, and supports strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.


Success in this role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes and systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across teams. The Specialist ensures Payroll and Operations teams are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to achieve organizational goals effectively.

The Role. . .

  • Facilitate onboarding for new Payroll team members, including training on Prism and payroll processes
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Payroll and PEO onboarding processes and business-as-usual (BAU) activities for End-to-End (Payroll + SaaS) customers
  • Serve as a reference for team members on Prism and documented processes
  • Create, update, and deliver web-based and live training content
  • Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated content library 
  • Conduct training needs analyses, optimize training materials, and evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement
  • Support continued adoption for Payroll (PEO & ASO) + End-to-End (Payroll + SaaS) customers through customer education
  • Drive and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and track progress for multiple initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to support organizational projects and goals

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Prism and knowledge of payroll processes or implementation
  • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills
  • Experience creating web-based training content using tools like Articulate
  • Familiarity with using a Learning Management System (LMS) for training delivery and tracking
  • Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, or managing multiple projects or initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll, project management, training, or implementation roles
