Job Description
Role Overview: Seeking a specialist passionate about understanding business challenges and driving impactful solutions. Engage closely with field organisation, translating their goals into strategic recommendations and practical, tech-enabled solutions.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Customer Engagements: Support strategists to conduct discovery workshops, understand customer business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Solution-Oriented Analysis: Develop strategic recommendations tailored to customer goals, grounded in industry best practices and go-to-market insights.
  • Impact-Driven Deliverables: Create business cases, roadmaps, and value propositions that help clients understand the full potential of solutions, driving alignment and action.
  • Enhancing Advisory Services with Technology: Identify opportunities to integrate practical automation solutions into advisory work, making recommendations more efficient and actionable.
  • Value Validation with Data & AI: Support data-driven decision-making and validate value realization by using accessible AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and simple automation solutions to analyze and present data meaningfully.
  • Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement: Contribute to the team's consulting methodologies and frameworks, keeping them current with industry trends.
  • Empower Sales & Consulting Teams: Share consulting insights and approaches with internal teams, enabling a strategic approach to customer engagements.


Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Approx. 5 years in business consulting with exposure to enterprise solutions, automation, Generative AI and automation tools. Computer Science / AI engineers preferred.
  • Industry Expertise - Skills navigating processes and experience in a major industry (such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred.
  • Consulting & Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, experience with financial modeling and business case development, and a consultative approach to solving complex problems.
  • Interest in Technology: Practical understanding of how automation and data insights can enhance consulting work, with familiarity in Python or other scripting tools preferred.
  • Effective communicator: Proven skills in public speaking, meeting facilitation, and document preparation, able to bridge technical and business conversations.
  • Collaborative and Growth-Oriented: Enthusiasm for team-oriented problem-solving and a desire to continuously learn and innovate.
