The Impact of Customer Adoption Manager to Coupa:

The Customer Adoption Manager is a key role within our Professional Services organization. You will work closely with Coupa Customers globally to increase adoption, maximize value & drive best practices, ensuring our Customers get the greatest value from their Coupa platform.

What you will do:

• Develop standard processes within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption.
• Manage the CAM engagement with a customer using strong project management practices while developing solutions to business problems.
• Take ownership of your customer’s continued success by ensuring accurate adoption of the platform.
• Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics. Continually drive customers toward their strategic goal
• Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
• Development of new automated tests and running of and creating reporting on execution of results.
• Work independently and on a team and learn from colleagues.
• Write quality test cases, redesign test cases, create automation test suites, publish and share test reports with customers.
• Prepare and integrate test suites with testrails.
• Understand new feature updates in Coupa products and build automation.
• Able to partner with developers and QE’s for understanding of functional flows when needed.
• Develop automated test scripts using automated tools such as rubyonrails, selenium, maven, Web services,kafka and grafana 
• Test and Behavior Driven Development (TDD and BDD), Cucumber framework Selenium,Capybara,
• Understanding and hands-on tools like Github, Jenkins, Postman 
• Ability to explore, understand and implement new automation tools
• Execute automated test scripts publish results, enhance existing framework, discover all possible areas of automation
• Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans.
• Sprint planning and execution.
• Consult and guide customer to adopt Coupa software during every release cycle

What you will bring to Coupa:

• Total 5+ years of proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing and Category Management, or Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Software as a Service is a must.
• Good background in customer/client management.
• Strong communication skills, including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customers.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-versed in finding product bugs, logging bugs in salesforce, understanding of bug life cycle.
• Hands-on experience on doing UAT for a customer.
• BS/B Tech/Masters degree in Computer Science from a reputed institution
• Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes
• Experience in writing test frameworks and automation tools is preferable.
