We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Manager in the stunning region of Castlegar and its surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, internal departments, and staff.

  • Understand customers’ economic models and develop timely deal strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and current client information using Finning’s Sales Support software.

  • Provide optimal solutions to customers inclusive of their equipment, parts and service needs

  • Forecast new equipment sales and achieve budget revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is an asset.

  • 3-5+ years of Sales Management or Account Management experience, with knowledge of service operations.

  • Strong knowledge of products and services related to the General Construction industry (Compact Construction Equipment and Building Construction Products).

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Expert persuasion skills and the ability to captivate an audience during presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.

Earning potential of $125,000-$135,000+ which includes base salary plus targeted commission.
