About the Role :
The Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and strategic Creative & Culture Hub Manager , to lead a cross functional team in London . This unique hybrid role merges the strategic expertise of a traditional Agency Account Director with the business acumen of a Brand Marketing Manager. As the Creative & Culture Hub Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving collaboration between brand teams and creative talent, ensuring that business challenges are solved with bold, culturally relevant creative solutions.
You will act as the key liaison between brand teams and the agency, fully understanding the brand's objectives , challenges, and vision. At the same time, you'll be an advocate for creativity, translating business goals into creative briefs and social strategies that inspire innovative work. You'll help shape the creative direction, while also ensuring the campaigns always on social plans deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you'll balance strategic thinking with creative flair, and work across departments to bring culture-forward, breakthrough work to life.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted strategic partner for brand teams, deeply understanding their business objectives , challenges, and long-term vision. Develop a clear understanding of how culture first creativity can solve these problems and drive business growth.


  • Business Insight & Strategy: Provide strategic input to the creative team, rooted in a deep understanding of the brand's competitive landscape, target audience, and cultural relevance.


  • Social & Cultural activation leadership : Oversee the end-to-end process of your team 's output ; from daily reactive moments to hero activations . Ensure all campaigns are strategically sound, culturally relevant, and creatively bold.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between brand teams, creative, social media , strategy, and production. Ensure alignment between all stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.


  • Creative Champion: Advocate for creativity within the business, helping brand teams see the value of bold, culture-driven creative solutions. Ensure that every creative idea is strategically grounded and has the potential to make a significant cultural and business impact.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with brand leaders, becoming their go-to expert on how creative solutions can address their business needs. Present ideas confidently and manage feedback loops effectively to ensure alignment and project success.


  • Measurement & Optimization: Collaborate with strategy team to measure the success of campaigns, ensuring creative efforts drive real business results. Provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns based on performance data.


  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Creatives and social media managers) , ensuring collaboration and a unified approach to problem-solving. Act as a culture carrier within the agency, driving enthusiasm for innovative thinking and fresh approaches.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Account Director O R as a senior Brand Manage r/ Marketing Manager


  • Strong understanding of both creative processes and business strategy, with a proven track record of translating business challenges into powerful creative solutions.


  • Experience leading and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.


  • Ability to confidently manage client relationships, presenting ideas and strategies with authority and passion.


  • Deep knowledge of culture, creativity, and trends, with the ability to recognize and champion ideas that have cultural relevance and business impact.


  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with creative problem-solving.
  • English fluency, any other language is a plus
