Job Title: CUBEX Project Manager
Reports to: Sr. Director of Marketing Operations
Job Summary
The CUBEX Project Manager is responsible for driving international growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The key objective of this position is to generate new leads in our US and international markets to support the sales team achieve the company goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to both US and international markets, in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes in target regions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize marketing campaigns, messaging, and content effectively.
- Manage and execute multiple marketing initiatives, including website optimization, email marketing, print marketing, and social media.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools tailored to specific markets and audience segments.
- Develop world-class database to help drive successful sales and marketing campaigns by identifying target accounts and key decision makers.
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic advertising activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and key opinion leaders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Sr. Director of Marketing Operations on marketing activities, successes, and challenges.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing for high-growth, consumer facing industries; experience with hardware sales is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of marketing tactics and platforms, including email and print marketing, Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

- OTE: $100k-$130k
