Job description
We are seeking an expert in environmental sustainability to work with our team and colleagues across the globe. If you have understanding of sustainability challenges and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Implementation of the company's global environmental sustainability strategy:
- Planning and executing global activities
- In collaboration with relevant departments, designing systematic solutions and policies aimed at reducing carbon footprint
- Regular review of objectives and strategy in line with internal developments and international standards and trends
- Coordination of the global group (Environmental Council) including process of creating and reviewing of local action plans, implementation of local activities and alignment with global activities and targets
- Reporting and raising awareness of company relevant topics at regular middle and senior management meetings
Covering ESG reporting on environmental sustainability:
- Coordinating, reviewing and providing methodological guidance on data collection for the calculation of the company's global carbon footprint in accordance with the GHG Protocol
- Data and trend analysis, presentation of results to various groups including management, internal and external communication
- Preparation of the company's global carbon footprint report
- Coordinating and reviewing data collection on activities and policies in accordance with ESRS standards
- Preparation of reporting in accordance with ESRS standards, in particular for the E1 standard
Expert collaboration in the development of internal and external environmental sustainability communications:
- Expert content coverage and brainstorming of global campaign activities
- Updating information on the intranet
Skills we are looking for:
- Knowledge and understanding of the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard
- Knowledge and understanding of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards is an advantage
- 2-years’ experience at similar position
- Strong analytical thinking
- Solid presentation skills
- Advanced English (at least C1)
- Innovative, tech-savvy growth mindset
- Integrity – ensuring alignment with ESET values

Basic wage component (gross): from 2300 EUR
- The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
This position is a maternity leave cover.
