Overview
We're looking for a Salesforce Program Management Advisor who is excited about working with cross-functional business units in Client Service & Operations to design, build, and support business solutions that scale for an expanded footprint. You will empower Client Service & Operations leaders to focus on value-add activities by improving our internal tools, streamlining business processes, and improving collaboration. We are looking for someone that thrives in small, focused and highly collaborative team that is passionate about delivering high-quality, robust processes and declarative automations in a fast-paced environment.
As a Program Management Advisor, you will work directly with Client Service & Operations teams to help them optimize their success with Salesforce by developing the documentation of business requirements to enable design, development and testing of Salesforce enhancements. In addition, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance to ensure work is prioritized and sized appropriately to achieve desired objectives and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Support development of Salesforce Lightning with focus in modernizing data visualization, improving process efficiencies, and increasing operational visibility aligned to priority business goals, while maintaining the integrity of the Salesforce application

Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders including business leads and all partners to ensure effective tool outcome within priority timelines

Assume broad responsibilities that may include project management, application management, data management, and innovative solutions

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to ensure understanding of current and desired state business process, effectively presenting business strategies and data strategies into coherent framework to audiences for decision making

Document clear requirements, ensuring business understanding and alignment of business requirements as broken down into features and user stories.

Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure user stories are defined and scrum teams fully understand business objectives and acceptance criteria and perform user acceptance testing, participating in solution demos to the business

Analyze and manipulate data for required data migrations and updates

Perform Salesforce production activities including but not limited to application configuration, creation of flows, email templates, reports & dashboards and provide end user support as needed

Support production activities for Bright Ideas, help tickets, and license management as needed

Drive continuous improvement in process & business tools, removing waste, redundancy by identifying data quality issues and directing actions to correct & mitigate future discrepancies

Be a constant learner, taking advantage of the Salesforce certification through Trailhead modules

Responsible for driving change and influencing individuals at all levels of the organization through these functional responsibilities

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. MBA, PMI Certification, or Six Sigma training also valued

3+ years of Salesforce administration experience and/or a deep understanding of Client Service & Operations processes required

Salesforce certifications preferred, including Administration, Advanced Administration or Sales Consultant certifications

Project Management certifications preferred or demonstrated project management skills in a matrix environment with a solid understanding of business processes and operations

Familiarity with Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning preferred

Experience in Agile methodology including Scrum and its associated Agile Ceremonies preferred

Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.) required

Self-starter mindset working autonomously with minimal direction

Able to effectively leverage business and organizational knowledge within and across functions

Demonstrated proficiency to research, troubleshoot and problem solve issues across organizations without sacrificing quality of service

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,600 - 189,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
