CSLV Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:
CSLV (Customer Success and Lifetime Value) is the business organization responsible for HPE Services sales/GTM strategy, sales performance management and customer expansion/retention, in close partnership with geos and BUs.
The role and responsibilities of the CSLV Senior Financial Analyst include:
How you will make your mark:

Be a trusted advisor to WW CSLV business leaders, helping them make sound financial and strategic decisions

Be a key partner of BU services finance teams about Services sales performance

Analyze and provide key insights about CSLV business health (pipeline, orders, geo, BU, RTM, sales motions, deal size bands) to support decision making

Support the Services orders forecast process (Focus on Installed Base and Expand, by Geo, BU).

Participate actively in running a robust and timely CSLV finance cadence (flash, OPRs, KPIs)

Partner with geos SS&P and finance to understand geos business trends

Help prepare business reviews (OPRs, SORs, BU reviews).

Support CSLV business programs (modelling, business case reviews)

Participate in finance projects within the CSLV finance team. Find creative ways to solve big picture challenges. Drive automation and innovation through different tools
About you:
-
Master degree in the areas of business administration, finance or related fields.
-
10+ years ideally some experience in services / solutions businesses.

Strong business acumen, with ability to connect business trends and financial results.

Excellent analytical skills, including complex data mining and ability to provide clear and meaningful insights.

Advanced skillset in Excel, Power BI, and ideally systems such as EAP, SFDC, BOE.

Out of the box thinking, curiosity and appetite to work across boundaries.

Ability to prepare and present meaningful content, including to executive audience.

Strong collaboration skills and team spirit.
