Job Description
As our new Cruise Manager, you will be the heart of the ship's entertainment and activities, ensuring that every guest experiences the thrill of adventure and the comfort of home away from home. We're looking for a charismatic and energetic professional, passionate about crafting engaging programs and leading a vibrant team to enhance our guests’ cruise experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the daily activities and entertainment schedule for guests.
- Manage and mentor the activities team to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments (Reception, HK, F&B) to ensure a cohesive onboard experience.
- Host and lead events, shows, and social gatherings.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and guest engagement.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated with safety protocols and conduct regular team trainings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Cruise Manager or similar role in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and people skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (based on cruise programs and seasonality operation)
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (French and Chinese) are an advantage.
- A passion for travel and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
