Roiback is a leading company focused on developing online solutions for hotel chains and independent hotels. We have been working for more than 5 years in the ecommerce sector … ● Designing and developing websites ● Managing online marketing ● Creating and improving our booking engine (Central Reservation System, CRS) ● Creating exclusive web content ● Giving our clients an exclusive support. ● Building integration with the main Channel Managers

How can you help us?
We are seeking for a CRS Executive to join our web team, please apply only if you think you can help us in the following ways:
● As a CRS Analyst, being responsible for the inventory and rates load to the booking engine when Roiback is launching a new hotel website.
● Teaching and coaching the hoteliers in how to use our CRS, giving online and on site formations, and solving all the doubts they have related to the interface and functionality.
● Detecting, transmitting to the IT team, and testing the incidents you or the hoteliers find in the application.
● Capturing feedback from the hoteliers related to new features and improvements to keep our booking engine in the top position of best CRS of the market.
● Being committed to work in an agile environment, understanding your responsibilities as part of a team, working with respect and proactivity.

What do we require?
● You speak Spanish and English at conversation level, another language would be a plus.
● You have deep understanding of the travel industry, and specifically in the accommodation area, you know perfectly what the next terms stand for: PMS, CRS, CMS, DCS …
● You know what you don’t know, and in consequence, you are committed to learn.
● You have good presentation and teaching skills, you are very good in transmitting your knowledge to others.
● You are compromised to build and maintain a CRS with a high level of quality.
● You have great negotiation skills, your ability to help stakeholders understand functionalities and convince them when they propose different features that don’t fit the requirements. You have a strong personality to deal with these complex situations.
