As CRO TP400 (Component Repair and Overhaul) Program Manager you will be responsible for service agreement related to commercial engines with particular focus to Propeller gearbox installed on Military Engine TP400. You will have to assure the on-time service contract deliveries and monitor the business in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction. To comply with these requirements, you have to be the focal point for the external and internal customer for any problem that may arise and work together with all the stakeholders in order to find the best solution.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

Responsible for the execution of program, maximizing benefits and opportunities in the contract.

Create and execute an integrated plan to meet Company economics/financial and contractual targets within the allocated budget, including margin expansion initiatives.

Define, update and monitor budget, business plan, economics (REV, GM, ...), financials (collection, ...), program KPI (OTD, VoC, ...)

Actively identify and manage risks and keep risk register updated.

Execute activities to address customer concerns to maximize Customer satisfaction.

Lead all the Program stakeholders Team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.)

Support NPI Team to create and execute Design & Make plan (including development and certification activities) according to the Phase & Gate process.

Responsible for the flow-down of Customer Demand to GSC

Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer's needs through the negotiations and until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting.

Support the preparation of program reviews with Customer, in accordance with the contractual and customer expectations.

Monitor the program progress (reporting relevant KPIs, EV etc.) at the operating rhythm (MOR, QMI, Cash Flow, …).

In depth knowledge of all aspects of the assigned contracts, responsible for regular updates of business plan.
Qualifications/Requirements

Master degree in Management/Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.

Knowledge on Service organization .

Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to coordinate and oversee large programs.

Experience in program management or equivalent coordination roles.
-
Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
-
Proven experience on aeronautical products.
-
Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.

Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a matrix team / organization;

Knowledge of office automation, SAP
-
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Experience in the shop, preferable in overhaul shop.

Technical background with knowledge in economics.

Experience in dealing with customers, able to manage critical situations, customer oriented.
