CRM Support Specialist
Affinity Group is seeking a top-notch CRM Support Analyst to maximize our advertising and sales strategy. The CRM Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, ensuring it functions effectively for various teams within the company, including Sales Enablement, leadership, and sales associates. This position must be based out of our Buffalo, NY office.

What You’ll Do:
- CRM Support & Optimization:
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting through a ticketing system
- Configure and maintain CRM settings for system efficiency
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices
- Manage data integrity, reporting, and internal document libraries
- Business Performance Analysis:
- Analyze and monitor sales performance for clients, customers, brands, and products
- Provide sales/CRM volume data for customer presentations and business reviews
- Assist in developing sales team tools, KPIs, and scorecards
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Ensure seamless cross-functional communication and support sales teams
- Present data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Advanced expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and provide strategic sales insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Previous CRM experience preferred (can be taught)
- Professional presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead training sessions
- Integrity, reliability, and a continuous learning mindset
What to Expect:
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
- Reliable transportation required
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
- Limited travel (rare occasions for training or continuing education)
