We're searching for a CRM Product Owner to lead the development and activation of CRM initiatives for a key B2B automotive account. This role will craft and implement a long-term vision for CRM capabilities and drive cross-channel integration to deliver measurable business value. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will lead CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.

  • Experienced in the evolving CRM and MarTech landscape, with expertise in integrating tools to get results

What you'll do:

  • Define and manage the CRM roadmap, aligning with client goals and emerging trends
  • Prioritize CRM feature/capability activation, balancing immediate campaign needs with long-term growth opportunities
  • Drive integration across channels such as email, SMS, and other customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Define clear requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide development and execution
  • Collaborate with data, technology, and creative teams to deliver seamless and personalized experiences
  • Ensure high standards of campaign execution and platform performance through QA and process optimization
  • Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and delivery resources
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to find opportunities and address challenges
  • Monitor campaign performance, using data to identify optimization opportunities and present insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement
  • Stay informed on trends and regulatory changes, advocating for innovative strategies
  • Drive the adoption of advanced technologies to improve capabilities, such as AI personalization and automation

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or technology
  • 6-8 years of CRM marketing experience; 2 years in a product owner role
  • Expertise in Salesforce Core; certification preferred
  • Automotive experience required; B2B preferred
