We are seeking an experienced Product Account Manager – to manage the daily and long term marketing & CRM strategy for our Managed Marketing Services (MMS) Clients.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of AI-powered marketing, working with cutting-edge technology that's reshaping the gambling industry. As an experienced B2C marketer with a strong background in data and analytics, you'll drive game-changing strategies for B2C operators. You'll be part of a dynamic team owning and delivering marketing performance in a fast-growing business area and are comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Development, Analytics, Business Development, and Sales teams. Your responsibility will be to work hand-in-hand with MBS clients, managing their Marketing Services and leveraging AI to transform their CRM strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend your marketing expertise with advanced AI tools, directly impacting client success in the evolving landscape of online gaming.

THE CHALLENGE

  • You will drive sales & sales support for new and existing customers.
  • You will manage client accounts, with a focus on AI Marketing & CRM services.
  • Take full ownership of the product and customer relationships and provide operational support for running, monitoring and handling issues on AI-driven products.
  • Reporting on customers marketing and CRM activities.
  • Enhance Marketing Services offer by adding new acquisition, retention, and reactivation products to the portfolio.
  • Stay ahead of market shifts, consumer trends, and competitor strategies, adapting marketing when opportunities emerge.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle B2C marketing operations, with B2B exposure as a plus.
  • Strong background in customer-facing roles such as Account Management, Sales, or Pre-sales.
  • Proficiency in monitoring, analyzing, and refining marketing strategies for optimal performance.
  • Experience in Product Management, Project Management, and/or QA.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, BI tools, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and product benefits to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, driving progress and solutions across the organization. Act as a bridge between departments, organizations, and processes to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency.
  • Strong "get things done the right way" work ethic.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Fluency in English and an additional language essential.
