Squarespace is looking for a passionate CRM Manager to develop and maintain CRM campaign strategy for our suite of SAAS products.

You will take a data informed approach to customer targeting and campaign performance. You will support product expansion into new markets and verticals. You will be part of a results focussed team aimed at expanding CRM contribution to subscription and revenue growth.

You will work hybrid from our New York headquarters and report to the Global Head of CRM.

You'll Get To...

  • Work with PMM partners to identify key moments in the customer journey to effectively leverage CRM channels (email, IPM, mobile) and influence behavior
  • Support the Product Team by developing campaigns, triggered flows, and promotions that deliver against revenue, conversion, engagement and retention goals
  • Intake campaign requests from business partners. Set prioritization and project timelines based on company goals and operational bandwidth
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell within our house of brands
  • Collaborate with Audience Strategy team to ensure engineering of data elements necessary to power campaigns are appropriately prioritized
  • Work with Campaigns team to align on campaign production roadmap and refine go to market processes
  • Interface with Senior Leadership Team, representing CRM work, communicating results and gathering input
  • Maintain customer journey documentation and keep key stakeholders informed
  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data
  • Inspire the business to be customer-centric by contributing to business-wide understanding of metrics, performance and journey principles

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a CRM and/or customer journey focused role within marketing
  • Knowledge of overall email processes and ESP platforms
  • Impeccable attention to detail, time management skills and strong work ethic
  • Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited time frame and to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organization

Cash Compensation Range: $126,500 - $175,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to receive an incentive award as part of their total compensation.
