What you’ll do
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM Manager to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management and will be responsible for driving and executing the CRM strategy at Doctolib. This role is crucial in supporting the acquisition, upsell, and retention of healthcare practitioners across various verticals, including Medics, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and more.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive acquisition, upsell, and retention of healthcare practitioners in France.
- Campaign Management: Plan and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in-product placement, etc.) to engage and retain our users.
- Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform and refine CRM strategies.
- Segmentation: Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, Sales, PMM, Global Teams and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Map out and optimize the customer journey to enhance the overall user experience.

You could be our next team mate if you have:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze etc.) and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
