This is an exciting time to join the CRM Lifecycle team at Tipico as we embark on an ambitious project to fully automate the customer lifecycle journey using data science models.
As the CRM Lifecycle Manager (m/f/x), you will contribute to the implementation and technical set up of new cycles/journeys, ensuring critical analysis with creative input at every stage. Working in collaboration with our CRM Implementation team, you will gain the understanding of the data science models driving our customer lifecycle. Using this knowledge and your own experience of working with markup languages like JavaScript/HTML, you will take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of the content databases. These new cycles/journeys will be truly customer centric where each customer communication is hyper personalised and completely relevant to each individual player.

Your playing field
- As an expert user in a CRM tool (for example: Emarsys, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar), along with your understanding of markup languages like JavaScript/HTML, you will implement and maintain the image and content databases to ensure a dynamic and hyper personalised customer communication.
- You will use your experience in the creation of web content to maintain our content databases.
- You will support the rest of the Lifecycle team with implementation and collaborate with the team to develop an in-depth knowledge of features, functionalities, best practices, and marketing automation techniques.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing personalised end-to-end CRM strategies and using marketing automation tools to create transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies.
- In collaboration with colleagues across Tipico, specifically with data science, product, marketing and insights teams, you will apply your analytical and solution focused mind-set, to understand customer behaviour. Working with these teams, you will gather relevant insights and apply these when implementing our new lifecycle approach using data science models.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Qualification. You are holding a Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- Experience. You bring relevant experience in CRM, MarTech, Marketing programmatic or a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Knowledge. You have a good understanding of SQL databases and queries. You also have a good understanding of markup languages like JavaScript/HTML and know how to apply them in your daily work. Ideally, you will also have experience in the creation of web content.
- Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are desirable but not essential
- Data Driven. Analytical affinity combined with a strong understanding of data increases your productivity.
- Process-oriented. You are (re-) designing complex processes by using your technical understanding and innovative and forward-thinking mind-set.
- Solution-oriented & hands-on. You are focused on achieving excellent results and able to challenge the status quo by being confident in your abilities and knowledge, as well as always open to learn and expand your expertise.
