About the team and the role: 

Join eBay's dynamic marketing team as a CRM Incentives Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving buyer growth, revenue, and customer lifetime value through innovative multi-channel incentive campaigns. Our team is at the heart of eBay's mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences, working collaboratively across functions to deliver impactful projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of incentives programs within eBay's inclusive and forward-thinking culture.

What you will accomplish: 

  • Increase Customer Lifetime Value by nudging and pleasing our customers through CRM Incentive campaigns across eBay's big 8 markets, using email, push notifications, onsite, and app marketing channels.

  • Drive Customer Behavioral changes by collaborating with Creative teams, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on time.

  • Delivery of actionable analysis of campaign performance to optimize impact, working closely with Analytics to measure success against goals.

  • Active contribution to the future vision of incentives portfolio, supporting a test & learn roadmap to improve customer experiences and drive growth.

  • Innovation and improvements of customer-facing experiences and processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve value propositions and user experience.

  • Discovery, Execution and Launches of Next Best Action incentives focused on new services or products on eBay that have the potential to increase loyalty and CLV

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in marketing, agency, or consulting roles, with a strong focus on campaign management across multiple channels.

  • Solid analytical skills, including experience with A/B experimentation, to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Monday, and Slack.

  • Innovative and creative thinker, capable of making quick, fact-based decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, with experience in a matrixed organization being highly preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and oral, to effectively collaborate and communicate within eBay's eco-system.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$87,200 - $116,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
