Join Kaizen as a CRM Executive, Budget and Performance and leverage your data analysis expertise to drive impactful customer engagement strategies. In this role, you’ll support senior leaders in optimizing CRM initiatives, tracking campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention. If you’re passionate about turning data into results and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
As a CRM Executive, Budget and Performance you will:
- Take ownership on reporting datasets of all CRM KPIs and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering actionable insights to empower Senior Management in decision-making and performance optimization.
- Partner with Senior Managers and all other relevant CRM stakeholders to uncover customer insights and recommend strategies to boost campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring:
- Proficient in analyzing complex datasets using tools like Excel and other analytic platforms to drive data-driven decision-making.
- AnvEffective communicator who translates data insights into clear, stakeholder-friendly messages.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently deliver accurate, data-driven reports and collaborate seamlessly with CRM and Commercial teams to ensure up-to-date performance tracking, driving cost-effective CRM actions that prioritize customer satisfaction and align with customer preferences.
