The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Data Administrator to join our team. The CRM Data Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of data within our CRM system. This role will play a crucial part in supporting marketing and sales teams by helping to identify prospects within our ideal client profile and inputting the data so that our internal teams can create impactful outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp on data structure and relationships within a CRM, data management best practices, and efficient data cleanup methodology. 

What You’ll Do:

  • CRM Data Management:
    • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of prospect, client, and partner data within the CRM system.
    • Ensure data is correctly captured, cleaned, and standardized.
    • Develop and implement processes for data quality assurance, including regular audits and validation checks.
  • Data Integration and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to integrate CRM data with other business systems (e.g., marketing automation, sales outreach tools).
    • Follow established process to regularly provide clean and updated data prospect data within our ICP for sales outreach.

What We Expect From You:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM data management, marketing/sales analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience with data cleanup and standardization.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of managing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of data, ensuring integrity and consistency.
  • General understanding of CRM data structure and relationships.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and basic formulas within Excel. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Knowledge of using advanced excel formulas to accelerate data standardization. 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI. 
  • Experience building logic-based flows in tools like LeanData, Salesforce Flow Builder, etc.
