What you will be doing:

  • Partner with Data Enablement to establish and maintain two-way data hooks for ipost, marketo, sendgrid, intellum, and our internal data sources. 
  • Partner with Data Enablement to create and maintain a unified outbound email reporting dataset across all ESPs. Ideally, the unified view would include Salesforce, Hubspot, and Outreach communication. 
  • Establish unified preference center, ensure subscription preferences are collected & applied correctly across all ESPs.
  • Build and maintain event-based triggered emails.
  • QA and troubleshoot customer communications to ensure they are responsive, device-friendly, trackable, and functional
  • Build advanced scripting for dynamic content capabilities.
  • Consult/Execute advanced CSS, HTML development.
  • Manage marketing email tech processes and platforms (provisioning, utilization, upgrades, troubleshooting).
  • Merge and simplify our Email tech stack under fewer ESPs and SAAS solutions.
  • Partner across Data Enablement, Engineering, Product, Data Science to define requirements, and architect and implement new email capabilities.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering team to ensure seamless transactional email customer experience.

Does this sound like you?

  • Salesforce and or Marketo experience
  • Verifiable experience with Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, data studio) Confluence, Slack, and WordPress.
  • JSON, CSS, HTML, PHP, SQL, email coding. 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
  • Deep understanding of Anti-Spam best practices and legislation.
  • Outstanding written English skills.
  • API experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Time management and organizational expert.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or relevant field.
