Job Summary

The Credit Products-Strategic Execution & Training Partner II is responsible for ensuring timely and complete execution of initiatives originating within the Commercial and Private Bank. Execution Partners will work closely with business partners to scope, plan and execute project management activities with focus on associate change management support, inclusive of project management, training and communications.
Pay Range: $84,878 -$112,463 - $140,049

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as a strategic consultant responsible for developing strong internal partnerships with colleagues to assess business needs and provides ongoing guidance and execution support.
  • Manages concurrent projects varying in size and coordinates internal and third-party resources as needed.
  • Leads stakeholder engagements to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Coordinates with Enterprise Change Management team to size change impacts and produce required project documentation, i.e. GAP assessments; Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation inclusive of meeting notes, project plans, and assessment tools.
  • Develops project plans, job aids and training curriculum to support execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Drafts communication plans and artifacts inclusive of informational newsletters, stand-alone communications, and speaking points; Coordinates delivery of communications to the appropriate audience(s).
  • Develops and facilitates customized training programs aligned to the scale of change; Monitors the effectiveness of training delivery and resources and revises as needed.
  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to monitors project progress and emerging risks or dependencies; Provides senior leadership with regular status reporting.
  • Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to project roadblocks.
  • Assists with creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Transformation teams’ practices, tools and SharePoint assets.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.  Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent), or 7+ years relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum experience required: 5+ Years in a business support function or project management role.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience supporting financial services; Commercial Credit experienced preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
  • Experienced in all aspects of SharePoint design, build-out, and permissions. 
  • Certifications in project or change management.

Job Competencies:

  • Understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Experienced in training design and facilitation for highly complex teams.
  • Understanding of Credit Underwriting and Credit Loan Policies.
  • Excellent time management while meeting deadlines and communicating status updates with management or team lead.
  • Display a high degree of motivation, initiative, collaboration and actively interact and be an engaged team member.
  • Produce results in a timely manner with minimum oversight.
  • Attention to detail to read and interpret documents such as policy, procedures, job aids, and loan documentation.
  • Experience working with internal business partners.
  • Occasional travel to hub markets may be required.
  • Physical demands (ADA): No unusual physical exertion is involved.
