John Deere Bank S.A. is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial and maintains branch offices in the UK, Spain, Germany, and Poland. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.

Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Credit Operations Specialist with German
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Review and control credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
  • Monitor customer financing repayments (Cash collection, Past due management, Write-off).
  • Process customer claims efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, exhibits (both external and internal).
  • Provide credit processing support to country credit underwriting teams.
  • Establish close partnerships with stakeholders across our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and accurate quality control of client data.
  • Continuously look for improvements in processes and their implementation in our systems.


Our requirements:

  • Basic Knowledge of financial products such as loans and leases (2+ years).
  • University degree, preferably in a finance or business-related field.
  • Great communication, customer service skills and customer centricity.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions, handle complaints and remain under pressure.
  • Affinity to numbers.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and German (B2+).


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong advantage.
