Your role 🙋‍♀️

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Credit Controller to join our Credit Control team. You will be working in a team of 3 people, and together you’ll work on the timely collection of outstanding invoices. 

• Keep track of the outstanding overdue invoices, and reach out to these customers by email and phone in order to collect the invoices.
• Work together with CSM to collect outstanding invoices for premium and enterprise users
• Work together with customers in payment difficulties on payment plans to ensure the collection of the outstanding sum while maintaining positive customer relationships 
• Work together with collection agencies and make decisions on the next steps in a collection process.
• Review potential fraudulent accounts and decide upon account blocks to avoid bad debt caused by fraudulent activities. 
• Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers.
• Handle bankruptcies and file the invoices to insolvency administrators. 
• Check disputes together with Finance Support and try to resolve these disputes internally by proactive communication with a customer.
• Provide support to Finance Support as a secondary escalation point and coach Finance Support (CS) in solving finance related tickets. 
• Actively provide feedback and flag issues to Product and Engineering (like Chargebee implementation)
• Work on projects to improve AR processes, such as know-your-customer process, invoicing process, and customer monitoring and reporting process.
