This position plays a critical role in managing credit risks and financial operations while supporting revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and financial reconciliation.
- Implement and maintain credit control policies, assessing and managing credit risks for new and existing customers.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collections to improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with the sales , financeand operation teams to optimize sales financial processes and reporting.
- Analyze customer credit worthiness, set credit limits, and ensure adherence to financial risk management guidelines.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports, providing insights into revenue trends, overdue balances, and sales performance.
- Support automation and process improvements in financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and financial best practices.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams on dispute resolution, contract terms, and financial agreements.
- Lead and support financial audits related to sales revenue, credit control, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Team management experience is a must.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales finance, credit control, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Experience in order-to-cash, receivables management, and financial planning.
- Construction accounting & long term project billing experience is an asset
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle ,Power BI,etc…
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
