The Credit Analyst will be responsible for performing credit and collections functions in their portfolio in accordance with the department goals and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform task related to credit and collections and overall accounts receivable management.
- Ability to approve credit inquiries up to $100,000.
- Ensure optimal cash flow by continued positive contact and relationship building.
- Must possess the analytical skills to segment an account in order to identify process improvements both externally and internally.
- Ability to identify delinquency drivers and achieve resolution is required.
- Possess the ability and experience to manage a high volume of credit inquiries.
- Other responsibilities, as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma and/or equivalent
- Proficient with electronic billing (ADP, Oildex, EDI)
- Experience managing a $10 Million (M) or larger portfolio highly preferred
- Possess strong Collections experience and accustomed to handling a high volume of Credit inquiries
- Commercial credit analysis skills to evaluate the credit worthiness for customers within their LOA
- Skilled in authorizing Credit decisions of $100K and higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing an Accounts Receivable Portfolio of $8M to $10M
- Open to travel
