About the Role – Credit Analyst CCA

We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join our CCA operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing credit risk, analyzing financial statements, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage credit risk for customers in the CCA region.

• Analyze financial statements to determine credit limits and assess payment capacity.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to ensure efficient credit management.

• Monitor and update credit policies to align with company and market regulations.

• Support the decision-making process by providing data-driven financial insights.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in credit analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

• Recent graduates in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

• No prior experience required, but knowledge of credit analysis or accounting is a plus.

• Strong skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.

• Intermediate/advanced English for reports and communication with regional teams.

• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.

Location:
This position is open for Colombia and CCA (Only candidates from Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and Panama are encouraged to apply).
