Creator Marketing Manager is leading the Turkey Influencer Marketing Program, and responsible to develop it further. The program consists of KEY Creators of Red Bull Turkey, including macro & micro influencers across all relevant playgrounds and according to Turkey’s focus audiences
Sourcing fitting talent, maintaining continuously the relationship as well as tracking the performance are an essential part of the job. Based on the pool of Influencers the yearly Marketing calendar's main projects will be activated, as well as dedicated projects executed. Taking an active role in Business Planning process is mandatory. The role will identify, establish, and nurture authentic relationships with relevant creators who embody Red Bull's values. By connecting these creators with projects and opportunities within the World of Red Bull, you will ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Tracking performance will be an essential part of the role to ensure we achieve our marketing goals.
Job Description
Creator Marketing Community Management
Strong planning and project management skills
Responsible to build and manage relations with the carefully selected brand fit influencer community and provide them unique opportunities within World of Red Bull grow their brand & can love in line with the global Creator Marketing Relations strategy of Red Bull.
Leads, monitors and develops the program and full budget (BP, revised estimates) responsibility in close alignment with Head of Communications
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
Negotiates external deals and contracts (supplier, agencies, streamers)
Creates ideas for annual business planning process and executes respectively
Identify creator events/projects that we can ‘give wiiings’ to and collaborate with internal departments to activate these accordingly.
Support on developing the seeding strategy with the Head of Communication in close collaboration with our Brand/Comms Team to manage the Creator database and ensure creators are regularly sent product.
Manage the creator database and ensure all internal tracking and reporting platforms are up to date to help achieve our marketing goals.
Measurement and analysis of the performance of the work, demonstrating its impact on our overall business goals and identifying opportunities of strength or weakness that can be improved.
Qualifications
Broad experience of the Influencer Management (minimum 5 years of experience in the related areas – in a position of seniority) and profound Marketing communication knowledge.
Experience with community management.
Min. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Fluency in English & Turkish
Ability to build a strong network of relationships with influencers.
Strong marketing & business understanding and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills, able to build long term sustainable relations with creators.
Ability to think strategically on how to position Marketing and Media initiatives to guarantee message.
Is a story seeker that identifies those stories with a true media potential.
(Proven) leadership qualities and presentation skills.
