Contract: Permanent, full time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with a 1-hour break, unpaid

Purpose of the Role:
The Creative Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service, consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering services that align with clients' business objectives, creating value and competitive advantage wherever possible. With a strong emphasis on both operational execution and client liaison, a deep understanding of presentations and administration is essential.
The Creative Team Leader will oversee the daily management of Presentation and Administrative Services, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality work. You will be responsible for maintaining brand guidelines, conducting quality control, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. In this role, you will foster strong client relationships and take charge of managing larger projects, ensuring smooth and effective coordination within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Presentation services for clients, ensuring strong and professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Promote Presentation services and actively seek opportunities to expand and enhance service offerings
- Coordinate workflows across all disciplines within the unit and with external suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Prioritize tasks, schedule projects, and manage work in progress to ensure commitments to clients are met in a timely manner
- Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timeframes and renegotiate deadlines with clients when necessary
- Manage complex projects within the unit, working closely with the team to ensure successful execution
- Accurately track and input time into relevant systems for all projects
- Serve as the first point of resolution for any client complaints or issues
- Act as a brand ambassador for Williams Lea, maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external clients
- Own and maintain department procedures and processes, ensuring continuous improvement
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the team to enhance skills and performance
- Monitor and manage the overall effectiveness of the team's performance, ensuring high levels of productivity and service quality
- Support the Account Manager in recruiting and selecting key personnel when appropriate
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
- Coach and manage the team to maximize their potential and performance
- Actively manage quality by ensuring client briefs are followed, checking for accuracy, design quality, and ensuring excellent service delivery
- Effectively manage your own time across multiple client and service projects simultaneously
- Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities for service growth and improvement
- Ensure accurate and complete administration and reporting for all jobs
- Liaise with clients’ IT teams to ensure timely software updates and connectivity, ensuring uninterrupted service
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in people management with strong client-facing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- A solid background in presentation work with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for accuracy, with a focus on delivering “right-first-time” results
- Ability to identify, challenge, and implement best practices within the team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage resources efficiently
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a flexible, adaptable approach
- Demonstrated focus on delivery and commitment to high-quality service
