Job Description
NAS Recruitment Innovation is looking for a copywriter/creative strategist, preferably with experience in recruitment marketing. A leader in recruitment communications with clients across a variety of industries, we're looking for someone with client-facing skills, versatility and an ability to write copy and concepts that inspire candidates. You'll work with our Creative Director and in-house team as part of a growing company that appreciates your talent.
In this wide-ranging position, you will be involved in everything from developing employment brands and creative concepts to writing optimized website copy. You will:
- Develop employer branding, career site content and campaign elements for a roster of accounts
- Develop and present employer brand concepts for assigned clients that can sustain an entire campaign, including websites, digital media and print
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to NAS clients, representing creative on project calls
- Run focus groups, create executive summaries and drive concept development
- Write optimized copy for career websites, multimedia campaigns, job postings, brochures, direct-mail pieces and more
- Collaborate with art directors and developers to create unique and effective user experiences in the digital sphere
- Assist with writing company marketing, including marketing site updates, blogs, social media and collateral
Qualifications
- 4 year degree in marketing, communications or related subjects
- 3+ years’ digital copywriting experience; ad agency or online direct marketing background a plus
- Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding strongly preferred
- Understanding of the digital and social space, as well as the behaviors and best practices associated with interactive design
- Experience making effective creative presentations and working directly with clients/prospects
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating professionalism when working with clients, partners and team members
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Portfolio submission of recent work is highly preferred
