Who You Are: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Creative Strategist to spearhead the development of direct response digital and social advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the fitness industry, expertise in crafting compelling narratives, and a proven ability to create content that drives engagement and conversion. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and performance teams to produce campaigns that break through the noise and deliver measurable results. You will be someone who is on the pulse of what makes content interesting. You study what makes you stop scrolling and analyze the text overlays, video angles, music, etc to determine our next steps.  

What You're Good At:

  • Conceptualize and develop direct response advertising creative for campaigns across digital and social platforms, primarily Meta with scale potential for TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels. 
  • Leverage audience data, market trends, and platform insights to shape creative strategies that resonate with target demographics and drive conversions. 
  • Write, storyboard, and direct high-performing, thumb-stopping creative assets, including static ads, short-form video, carousel ads, and dynamic content. Support direct response advertising campaigns across digital and social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels. 
  • Work closely with designers, video editors, influencer talent, copywriters, and media buyers to align creative with campaign objectives and performance goals. 
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks, analyze performance metrics, and iterate creative to improve ROI. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and innovative approach to direct response advertising. 
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and competitor activity to inform creative opportunities. 

What You Contribute: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative strategy or direct response advertising role, preferably in the consumer goods, health, or lifestyle industry.
  • Demonstrated success in creating performance-driven digital and social advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and content development skills.
  • Bias for Action and naturally interested in the fitness space.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable creative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of direct response principles, such as clear CTAs, value-driven messaging, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with tools like Meta and Tiktok; existing skills of content creator a bonus
