Welcome to Fi.

We’re a passionate team from Square, Google, Peloton, Uber, and more, working to redefine the dog-human connection. Our mission? Harness cutting-edge technology to transform what it means to be a dog parent.

The pet industry has been stuck in the past for far too long, and we’re here to change that. At Fi, we’re combining expertise and innovation to improve the lives of millions of dogs across the U.S. Real-time location tracking, activity, sleep, and behavior monitoring – and that’s just the start.

The most exciting part? Bridging the communication gap between dogs and humans. Picture a world where you know how your dog feels in real time and how to keep them at their best. That’s the future we’re building at Fi.

If you thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment and are passionate about helping dogs live longer, healthier lives, we want you on the team. Together, let’s redefine the future of dog ownership – turning the “impossible” into “let me find a way.”

Fi is looking for a Creative Project Manager!

Fi is looking for a Creative Project Manager to drive and organize our creative efforts. This role is a unique opportunity to shape how Fi’s campaigns come to life, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and delivering work that delights and engages dog parents everywhere.

As a hands-on project manager, you’ll partner with designers, marketers, agencies, and product managers to oversee creative workflows, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality campaigns across all mediums—social, digital, video, out-of-home (OOH), and more. You’ll play a vital role in keeping projects on track, optimizing processes, and ensuring every detail aligns with Fi’s vision.

If you’re passionate about organization, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working with cross-functional teams to bring big ideas to life, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Creative Workflows – Drive process and structure for seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. Manage Timelines & Resources – Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee Campaign Execution – Work closely with social and email agencies to review plans and align campaigns with strategy and deadlines.
  • Ensure Cross-Channel Coordination – Manage creative projects across all mediums, including social, digital, video, email, and photo shoots.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Communication – Oversee internal reviews and ensure clear, concise communication across teams.
  • Proactively Solve Problems – Identify project risks early and implement effective solutions.
  • Adapt & Optimize – Navigate a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and continuously improve workflows.
  • Align on Strategy – Ensure project scope and deliverables meet the expectations of all stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

  •  5+ years of project management experience, preferably on an internal brand team or in an agency.
  • Proven ability to manage complex marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing structured workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Familiarity with marketing mediums, including social, digital, video, and email.
  • Ability to understand and review media plans, ideally with experience working alongside media teams or agencies.
  • Highly efficient, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

What We Do

Fi is rethinking the relationship between dogs and humans.

We build products for your dog to live their best life. We are full of experienced, passionate people that have built and shipped outstanding products for Nest, Square, Google and Uber who all care about their dogs. Together, we're bringing a digital revolution to the dog space.

Today's collars and leashes are relics from the past; nothing has changed since the 80's. We're using technology to improve the dog space and affect the lives of the 100 million dogs living in the US for the better. The hardest part about being a dog owner is they can't tell you when something is wrong. Fi aims to change that; even by knowing what their 'normal' day of activity is, we're already learning so much more about our dogs than we ever could before. And we're not stopping there. We're looking for people to join us who love a good challenge—and of course, dogs. We set the bar high at Fi. In our world, "impossible" means "let me find a way".
