Summary:
We have an open role as a Creative Project Manager - Marketing Specialist who will work on the Creative Agency team in Marketing at Ferguson! This meticulous role specializes in the initiating, planning, management, and execution of all field marketing projects. It is responsible for contributing at every stage of the project lifecycle.
The position will lead teams, communicate with partners, capture project details, and ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and achieve the desired outcomes.
This exciting role provides the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
Location:
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Newport News, VA or Chico, CA, in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and handle the delivery of marketing initiatives, working closely with field associates and internal partners to ensure that all project goals are met on schedule and within budget.

Establish and maintain continuous communication with partners, ensuring alignment of project resources, goals, and progress.

Capture essential information from partners and create actionable project plans to ensure the successful execution of each marketing request.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project scope, budgets, requirements, timelines, etc.

Onboard and train team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information and tools to contribute optimally.

Work collaboratively with copywriters, graphic designers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Stay up-to-date with company offerings, business units, products, and client profiles to ensure marketing strategies are relevant and impactful.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to foster effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required.

2 - 4 years’ experience with project management theory and standard methodologies.

Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.

Effective horizontal leader who can motivate the team and delegate work.

Exudes a high level of interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, vendors and team members. Position continually requires proven poise, tact and subtlety.

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Proficient in Excel, Office 365 including SharePoint.

Workfront data management experience is preferred or related field.

Project management certification is a plus.

Superior customer service, communications, and follow-up skills.

Ability to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$3,600.00 - $5,866.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
