What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement a structured process for testing in-app artwork and creatives within LINE MAN application.
- Prioritize creative experiments based on their business impact.
- Collaborate with design, UX, and product teams to ensure in-app artwork tests align with overall product goals and user experience
- Drive Continuous Improvement of In-App Creative Performance.
- Make data-driven decisions to adjust creative elements, ensuring that each iteration leads to improved user engagement and ROI.
- Report on the results of creative testing and provide actionable insights to inform future designs and campaigns.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in creative optimization with a focus on mobile applications, ideally in e-commerce business.
- Expertise in A/B testing and creative experimentation, specifically with in-app artwork and user journey flows.
- Proficiency in performance tracking and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer).
- Strong design sensibility, with the ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop high-impact visuals.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they intersect with creative performance in a mobile application.
