The Creative Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the creative process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will oversee a Creative Traffic Manager, to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day creative operations, fostering a culture of excitement and collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring all projects align with brand standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including to align creative execution with brand marketing and business goals.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in creative production.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Mentor and guide the Creative Traffic Manager, providing direction and support to enhance their performance and development.
- Analyze and report on creative performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry
- Proven experience leading and managing creative teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail
