Your Career

Join our dynamic WW Content & Design Sales Enablement team, where your creativity will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales training initiatives! As a Creative Media Specialist, you will produce visually captivating designs and compelling video content to effectively convey messages, strengthen brand identities, and capture the attention of our target audience. This position supports various critical programs, including New Hire Onboarding, Product Pitches, Continuous Education, Interactive Playbooks, and more. Our highly motivated team requires a team player who is enthusiastic about creating visually engaging learning for sales, possess expertise in the latest design tools and software, approaches tasks with professionalism, excels in a fast-paced learning environment, willing to ask questions to drive visual direction, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to add creativity to the supported programs to drive a culture of innovation. 

Design and Develop

  • Create innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets, including logos, infographics, cover art, banners, supporting imagery, and certification badges.

  • Build custom templates in Google Suite for continuous learning programs aligned with our brand.

Collaborate

  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Learning Experience Designers to produce educational videos that convey key business messages.

  • Partner with the enablement team to ensure consistency and scalability of content.

  • Assist learning experience designers with graphical requests to represent and enhance content in an innovative way

Produce and Edit

  • Edit and manipulate video footage, audio elements, and visual graphics for a cohesive and high-quality final product.

  • Create AI-voiceovers to align with scripts for video creation, mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects

  • Storyboard visual concepts for various learning formats, including interactive and e-learning content.

Stay Current

  • Keep informed about design trends and industry best practices to continually innovate our content.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in a technology-focused enablement role.

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Camtasia, Vyond, and Google Suite.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design and video editing projects.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism in all aspects of your work.
