THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented, creative lead to join our growing Creative and Editorial team. Reporting into the Head of Creative, you will support on art direction and ideation for a range of projects, manage and support the team to deliver all paid creative output to the paid media, affiliates, APP and CRM teams in the business. Aiding the Head of Creative, ensuring that this content is on-brand and delivered on time. You will be a strong creative with ideas who also can manage a team to deliver across multiple outputs, with particular focus on paid and social creative.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee, handle and manage all paid creative output across paid media and affiliates.
  • Work with our team of designers to design and artwork creative advertising placements across all channels, testing new creatives and designs
  • Deliver video advertising using campaign footage and stills in a range of formats and languages. 
  • Work closely with the Paid Media, Affiliates, Copy and linguistics teams to ensure briefs are managed and delivered according to relevant deadlines.
  • Aid the Head of Creative to manage and support a team of designers working across all creative editorial output for the business
  • Working closely with the Social Media Manager to lead on social specific content daily, testing new formats and creative output. 
  • Support the Head of Creative and Social Media Manager on casting of talent, ideating around potential collaborators for social specific and shoot/content moments.
  • Support the Head of Creative with art direction and concepts for projects (particularly with a social/paid understanding) and attend shoots where needed.
  • Lead on Browns creative output with the support of designers
  • Work closely with our creative teams in Porto to oversee content briefs shot by in-house photographers in their team

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have extensive experience in digital design experience working in a busy agency or ecommerce environment
  • You will have experience in Art Direction and concepting/moodboarding for adhoc projects and partnerships
  • Strong, expert skills in Sketch, Figma, After Effects and Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and After Effects)
  • Strong management and organisation skills, as well as time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour and layout
  • Ability and experience in managing designers and delegating projects and priorities as needed
  • You’ll be tapped into social trends and global talent/creators
