The community you will join: 

The creative team is a multi-disciplinary creative team within Airbnb’s Marketing group, spanning visual design, brand identity, copywriting, art direction, motion and interactive. In partnership with Advertising and Product Design, we are stewards of the brand whose objective is to help current and future guests and Hosts understand what Airbnb offers, and why it’s meaningful in their lives.

A Typical Day: 

  • Lead and create best-in-class social and content initiatives
  • Conceptualization and execution of creative solutions alongside a Creative Lead, Copy partner
  • Generate big creative ideas and execute work, as well as manage the work of their assigned creative team
  • Mentor and guide their assigned team to generate a wide range of concepts, high-level design and art direction, while providing evaluation, mentorship, and counsel
  • Foster a respectful and collaborative environment
  • Define and develop creative best practices to create compelling, conceptual Social Media and Content campaigns
  • Help ensure quality art direction and effectively communicate with creative teammates, agency partners, production companies, and external clients


Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience leading global brand campaigns, preferably a mix of advertising agency, creative studio, and in-house experience 
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating best-in-class campaign work for lifestyle brands 
  • Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-media campaigns
  • Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills, leading and participating whenever needed 
  • Experience collaborating closely with Brand Management teams to translate market research, data, and strategy to creative solutions
  • Flexible and dependable
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, concept through execution
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about Airbnb’s mission and purpose

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
