Summary of Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director & Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s creative strategy and elevate our social media presence. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives on storytelling, has a sharp eye for design, and understands the power of digital platforms to build engagement and drive impact. You will oversee the creative direction of all campaigns, content, and visual assets, while also managing the strategy, execution, and performance of our social media channels.


Scope of Work

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive creative vision across all brand touchpoints, including digital, print, video, and events.
  • Lead ideation and production of compelling campaigns and content that align with the brand's mission, values, and audience.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion, balancing innovation with practicality.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand fresh and forward-thinking.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and implement a social media strategy to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that integrates creative campaigns, storytelling, and real-time opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with overall marketing goals and product launches.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and ensure social media efforts drive measurable impact.
  • Engage with online communities to foster authentic relationships and respond to inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Manage freelancers, and external agencies as needed.
  • Partner with company segment GMs to align creative and social media strategies with business objectives.
  • Advocate for the creative function, building understanding and buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Social Media Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision, storytelling, and design expertise.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
  • Experience with photography, videography, or multimedia production.
  • Passion for brands with a mission-driven focus and a commitment to sustainability, innovation, or systems-level change.
