Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Creative Designer to join our Creative team working at our New York office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the latest creative skillsets, a keen eye for brand design system adherence, and experience in creating engaging social video content. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create digital campaigns, presentations, and other creative materials that align with our brand and advance our mission internally and externally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts for digital campaigns, social media content, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics and video content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling visual content that supports business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your work.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our brand design system, ensuring all creative outputs align with our brand guides and standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills, including digital campaigns, social media content, presentations, and video production.
  • 5 plus years of related experience: Industry - Role
  • Preferred but not required - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience with creating social video content and familiarity with video editing software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a tech company or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.

Salary Range: 90,000 - 125,000
