We are looking for Senior Creative Designer with knowledge of the design process from end to end, good communication skills, and good problem-solving skills.

You will thrive at Zemoga if you have:

  • Brand understanding: Knows the visual language of a brand and understands how it should be visually represented through various digital channels. 
  • Conceptualization & ideation: Actively participates in ideation processes, provides references, and delivers structured ideas, with a basic understanding of key objectives and context of where the ideas are going to live.
  • Design principles: Feels comfortable with design principles and starts to identify how that knowledge can not only help them deliver better work, but also be perceived as someone who knows what they're talking about. 
  • Attention to detail: Can deliver flawless work without others' review. Anticipates and considers scenarios others in the team have not identified yet, and based on that, help the team deliver what's expected and include additional scenarios. Web design: Keeps up with the latest practices and standards around digital interactions and uses the knowledge to level up the work the team produces. 
  • Visual storytelling: Creates top-quality visual assets that illustrates a coherent story that connects with the target audience. Shows an expert understanding of design principles, as well as recognizes how a design concept lives through a campaign. Has collected a vast library of visual references to support and communicate the creative thinking behind the work.
  • Accountability: Has a responsibility not only towards the project leads but also towards other more junior designers in the team. Plays an important role in the distribution of the responsibility in larger projects (helping leads in decision making), and acts as autonomous individuals and team players capable of delivering without anyone's supervision.
  • Presentation: Can present formally to an external audience in a clear, compelling and articulate manner. Have developed a skill to craft engaging and compelling presentations that communicate well and create impact.
  • Client relationship: Become an autonomous designer who can exist autonomously in a client environment, be it in person or remotely. Start to develop relationships in a human but professional way. 

Nice to have skills

  • Motion design: Can update and adapt previously defined animations. Creates advanced animations for projects, which include: typography animation, image transitions, 2D characters, and vectorial elements.

Can-be-Trained Skills

  • Mentoring & team growth: Shows a goal-oriented attitude and desire to take on bigger responsibilities within the discipline. Autonomously executes agreed upon initiatives related to their career path and professional growth, following direction from mentors and senior team members.

This position will be a fixed term role
